This is the only client who is experiencing this problem. Anyone can give a hint about
this problem and any possible
I suspect that there is some sort of problem with the network
between the end-user and perdition, perhaps a firewall is messing
things up? But that's just a guess.
If you enable the debug option to perdition it may shed some
more light on what the problem is.
