Hi Simon & Matthias
Thanks for your great work! We're currently testing the version from the
mercurial repository and it works so far without any issue (SUSE Linux
Enterprise Server 11SP4). As it seems to be very stable (after some tests)
we deployed it to our productive environment with a current workload of
about 5000 concurrent user to further test the stability. We'll still keep
an eye on it...

I’m working on tests with CentOS 6 and also 7. I hope to offer feedback in another week.

Same here, works like a charm now!
+1 for integrating patches into "official source"

Simon,
I've been running the version from the mercurial repository in my
production environment for at least three weeks with no problems to
report. This is a CentOS 6 environment, fully updated, with just over a
20K user base. Seems stable. I also had the security group here run a
Nessus vulnerability scan and it passed for what that's worth. I've also
compiled and run it under CentOS 7 in a limited test environment.

I checked out the newest version from mercurial repository, built a
package for ubuntu/trusty five weeks ago and installed it on my
production server. Seems to work fine, tested ssl_listen_ciphers,
ssl_listen_min_proto_version and ssl_outgoing_min_proto_version.
