I forgot to say that i have to use two VIP addresses...the first one 
192.168.30.252 is for active/stanby services and 192.168.30.253 for 
active/active services (mail,pop,imap).
The one i cannot setup is the 192.168.30.253 (the one is also setup on 
the lo:0 interface).
