[ULTRAMONKEY-USERS] advice on implimenting Ultra Monkey

Hie 

How would I set up a apache tomcat 60 web and MySql Database Cluster with 4 to 5 servers using one isp ip address?
server 1 & 2 = Ultra Monkey
server 3 , 4 & 5 = web and Database  
We are running on limmited badget and would like the smallest implimantation advise.

Your advive will be most appresiated.
