[PERDITION-USERS] [ANNOUNCE] perdition 1.19-rc2

Hi,

This fixes a bug in perdition whereby it will exit very early on when run
in managesieve mode if the default capability is used. 

Special thanks to Filipe Carvalho for reporting and testing the fix
for this problem.
